PRINCESS Beatrice has adopted a new charitable cause and fuelled speculation that she wants to become a full-time working royal.
She will be guest of honour at Fashion For The Brave, a glittering event to raise funds for injured servicemen on November 8 in London.
Prince Andrew’s 25-year-old daughter, who quit her job in finance in the summer, has a growing list of patronages with even more charities queueing up to enlist her help.
According to a well-placed royal source: “Beatrice is rapidly becoming the glamour girl of the Royal family. She is brilliant at talking to people and spreading a feel-good factor.”
The source added: “Some charities who have had royal patrons are interested in getting Beatrice to succeed them. People like the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra are getting on and have suffered some illness.
“William, Catherine and Harry can’t do it all, so why not use Beatrice as well?”
Beatrice was high profile again on Friday as she joined the Queen at a Buckingham Palace reception and met shot schoolgirl campaigner Malala Yousafzai.
